The West Bend Farmers Market has been operating downtown since the mid 70s.  Our long-standing market is one of the largest farmers' markets in southeast Wisconsin with over 160 stall spaces.  Thousands of guests come each week to visit our friendly farmers, vendors, artisans and entertainers who all contribute to the inviting vibe of downtown West Bend.  In fact, the West Bend Farmers' Market has been voted the # 1 Farmers' Market in Wisconsin by popular vote the last three years in a row.    Each week, mid May until the end of October, Market guests are presented with an assortment of locally grown and produced vegetables and fruit, and a wide array of other products!

Please understand that all vendors are thoroughly vetted.   New vendors should either contact the Events Coordinator prior to submitting a contract - [email protected] - or should submit information related to their business with the contract.  Information could include their website, FB page, list of their products or services, photos of their products or services or photos of other markets/events where they have been a vendor.

Full Season

• Organization can be from anywhere
• Each Saturday the same stall(s) are reserved for you (up to 3 stalls per vendor) for the 24 week season
• $350.00 per booth space, for the season
• The 2025 season runs Saturday, May 17th through Saturday, October 25th
• The Market hours are 7:30 am - 11:00 am
• The Market happens rain or shine; there never are extended or special hours
• Vendors must complete and return the Full Season Contract and make full payment before they are confirmed to participate in the market

• Organization must be located in downtown West Bend
• Vendor can reserve 1 stall space for up to 6 Saturday dates, May 17th through October 25th
• $30.00 per booth space per date (Refundable Deposit)
• Applies to either for profit or nonprofit organizations
• The Market hours are 7:30 am - 11:00 am
• The Market happens rain or shine; there never are extended or special hours
