Booth volunteer responsibilities include:

• Be available from 7:30 am to 9:30 am on Market Saturdays.
• Solo-manage the booth when the DWBA staff member is not present.  Each Market day the assigned staff member walks the full Market, takes attendance records, answers vendors' questions or concerns and shares relevant news/messages with vendors.
• While a DWBA staff member is present, assist with serving the guests of the Market by answering shoppers' questions, selling DWBA/Market merchandise, promoting the annual contest for "best" market in Wisconsin and providing locals and out of towners with West Bend visitor information - upcoming events and activities in the area. ​

Free tasting booth volunteer responsibilities include: 

• Be available from 7:30 to 11:00 am to help hand out the free tasting items provided by the vendors of the market. 
• This can include any food or drink item, depending on what that item may be for the week. 
• Help give a taste of what the #1 market in the state has to offer each week.

Volunteer shifts with the West Bend Farmers' Market (Market) typically last a few hours and take place during the Market, outdoors, rain or shine, under the Downtown West Bend Association (DWBA) tent canopy / booth.​
